TIA is working to secure adequate and consistent funding for Tennessee’s current and future infrastructure needs.  Our current focus is on: Protecting current infrastructure funding. Restoring funds intended for infrastructure that have been diverted to other purposes. Improving Tennessee’s transportation infrastructure, including airports, dams and locks, navigable waterways, rail, roads, highways and bridges. Improving Tennessee’s mass transit infrastructure. Improving Tennessee’s water and sewer infrastructure.

The Tennessee Infrastructure Alliance is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to advancing infrastructure needs in Tennessee in order to enhance and promote economic development, safety and quality of life by:

• Serving as an umbrella organization and advocate for adequate and consistent funding for Tennessee' s infrastructure needs.
• Coordinating public, business and government interests.
• Focusing on multi-modal and infrastructure areas of focus, including roads, highway and bridges; water and sewer; airports and aviation; transit; rail; navigable waterways; ports, dams and locks.
• Advocating at the local, state and federal levels.

TIA is presently working to add members and participants, with active engagement with policy makers.

TIA Board Members
